The Hospitality Management – Restaurant & Hotel Services Degree offers a broad educational approach to a career in the global hospitality industry. Students will be prepared to assume a leadership role in settings such as hotels, the food and beverage industry, travel and tourism, entertainment and sport venues, resort and spa services, and casinos to name just a few. Hospitality professionals work to ensure that guests have the best possible experiences when it comes to customer service, comfort, value, quality, and atmosphere at their establishment. Hospitality professionals are responsible for several different areas of business including marketing, management, sales, operations and finance. The degree program will provide skills and experiences necessary for students to enter the workforce or pursue further educational opportunities in the Hospitality and Management fields.

5 Relate social, interpersonal, legal and ethical issues in reaching hospitality management decisions
6 Through the examination restaurant, hotel operations or event planning scenarios, recommend solutions to hospitality situations
