A degree in restaurant/hotel management can take you career around the world, including resorts, convention centers and tourist attractions. Our Associate of Applied Science Degree program provides a foundation in business and communication skills along with specialized training in hospitality operations. Students gain competency in such areas as customer service, sales and human resources management. Graduates of the program are prepared for entry-level management positions in the restaurant and hotel industries.
