State Approvals
The Cleveland West (Parma) , Willoughby Hills , and downtown campuses are authorized to confer associate and baccalaureate degrees by the Ohio Board of Regents.
In New York State, Bryant & Stratton College campuses are authorized by the New York State Board of Regents to confer the degree of Associate in Occupational Studies. The Amherst campus is authorized by the New York State Board of Regents to confer the Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Documents describing the particular Campus' Accreditation are available for review in the office of the Campus Director.

The Commission on Higher Education is an institutional accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education and the Commission on Recognition of Postsecondary Accreditation.
The Medical Assisting programs offered at New York, Ohio, Virginia, and Wisconsin Bryant & Stratton College campuses are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP), on recommendation of the Curriculum Review Board of the American Association of Medical Assistants' Endowment (AAMAE).
Bryant & Stratton College is approved for the training of veterans and other eligible persons and for administering educational programs sponsored by state and federal agencies such as the Bureau of Indian Affairs and state rehabilitation services. The institution is authorized under federal law to enroll non-immigrant alien students.
