Students may choose to concentrate in networking or help desk support. Graduates of this program will be prepared for entry-level positions with a wide variety of employers who use, service, sell or support personal computers and networked systems. They will be trained to install, operate, upgrade, troubleshoot, and assist with purchase decisions and program computer systems in both a networked and non-networked environment. Students who complete the associate’s degree program may wish to continue their education in the Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) program offered at selected campuses.
