Paralegal: Criminal Litigation
Certificate of Completion
For people who can’t decide between rewarding careers in criminal justice or as a paralegal, this certificate of completion is a hybrid of both options.
By blending courses in Paralegal Studies and Criminal Justice Studies, students will learn practical information from both fields. The certificate program covers research and writing in criminal litigation, a review of the criminal litigation process, core components of the criminal courts system, criminal law and criminal procedures. Students will also practice drafting pleadings and motions during the course. The credit from these courses can be transferred, contingent upon completion of the certificate and acceptance into a related Bryant & Stratton College degree program.
