My previous 18 years of professional successes include working in management, certified trainer, leadership and sales for a Fortune 500 Company and owned a home based business. I have attended many seminars and received corporate training on business building, listening skills, presentation skills, customer service, human relations and received certification at Canisius College for a Entrepreneurial Leadership program.

Jonathan has worked on several projects along the east coast as well as internationally for Dot-Com and more traditional companies. An Alfred University graduate, Jonathan focused on the bleeding edge of technology while pursuing a B.S. in M.I.S. “The Internet as a medium for learning and personal enrichment is just beginning to be explored in a meaningful way. I believe that as time goes on, online education will begin to flourish worldwide. I am thrilled to be part of this paradigm shift.”
His responsibilities include keeping the "Virtual Classrooms" and the Student Email System running smoothly. He is also a technical reference, as students become acclimated to receiving their education in an online environment they may have questions. Jonathan is here to help them succeed with that transition.

Vice President for Internet Services at Bryant & Stratton College, Mrs. Justinger has system-wide responsibility for internet technologies and oversees the operation of the college’s Online Education program. Mrs. Justinger previously held various positions within Bryant & Stratton as Campus Director, Controller and Regional Operations Assistant, she joined the college system in 1988 in the capacity of Business Office Director. Prior to joining the college, she was a Software Support Representative and held general accounting positions in the private sector. Mrs. Justinger holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from State University of New York College at Buffalo and an M.B.A. degree from the University of Phoenix.

My name is Jessica Leete and I am the new FYE Academic Advisor for students in the programs of business, accounting, and human resource specialist. I received my Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Psychology from Houghton College. While an undergraduate I worked for the Student Academic Services Department as a group and one-on-one tutor. It was through this position that I developed a passion for helping others strive to meet their educational and occupational goals. After graduating from Houghton, I moved to California and worked in the Student Affairs office of the Mathematics Department at the University of California, Riverside. In this position, I helped students enroll in courses, change their major, and learn more about the Mathematics major and minor requirements. Upon moving back to Western New York, I started working at Bryant & Stratton College, Online as a Financial Aid Advisor. However, my passion has always been with Students Services and when an Academic Advisor position opened, I did not hesitate to apply.
I firmly believe that everyone has the potential to succeed. However, we tend to let obstacles remind us of our weaknesses instead of focusing on how to use our strengths to overcome these challenges. My goal is to help each of you stay focused on your strengths and how you can use them to succeed in reaching any goal, big or small, that you set for yourself.
