This course will consider the practical details of what acting ethically means to insurance agents, brokers and other professionals in the financial service fields. Often—all too often—insurance professionals and other people in the financial services sector make the news with their bad behavior: churning life insurance, embezzling escrow funds, commingling money. Why do people make these choices? Sometimes they're hardened criminals who intend to do wrong from the start; but many—by their own admission—are not so scheming. NY CE approved 15 Credits (LA, BR, C1, C3, PA, LB, PC)
