CONGRATULATIONS! You have been identified as an upcoming Bryant & Stratton College Online graduate. While the light at the end of the tunnel is getting brighter, there are a few tasks you will need to complete as part of the graduation process.
One of these tasks is participating in an Exit Interview. This will require a phone call between you and Career Services where we can answer your questions and get feedback from you on your program and experiences with B&SC. It only takes about 15-20 minutes to complete, and most graduates enjoy this opportunity to ask any questions that they might have. We will also talk about what will be happening for you in the weeks and months after graduation, as well as long-term.
There are six (6) forms that must be completed before we will schedule your exit interview. We need the latest Word version of your resume as well. The following information will contain specific instructions for each form, as well as a link to access it.
#1 - Graduate Transition Interview Questionnaire: The Graduate Transition Interview (GTI) questionnaire is for you to review and answer the questions. Please take the time to answer the questions to the best of your ability as your answers to these questions will form the basis of our Exit Interview. You will answer this online and press "submit" when finished
#2 - Graduation Petition: For the Graduation Petition be sure to fill in your most recent contact information and how you would like your name to appear on your diploma. We use this form when ordering and shipping your diploma. You will complete this online, e-sign at the bottom, and press "submit" when finished.
NOTE: You must enter your email address to e-sign all of these forms. If you enter anything else you will receive an error message and be unable to submit.
#3 – Alumni Data Sheet: The Alumni Data Sheet form will be completed online; pressing "submit" when finished will send the information to us.

#4 – Career Services Agreement: The Career Services Agreement form is to be fully completed online. Pressing "submit" when finished will send the information to us.
#5 – Employment Verification Form: For the Employment Verification form you will need to actually print out and physically sign your signature in ink on the graduate signature line. If you are currently unemployed, simply fill in the top section and sign. If you are employed, however, please fill in the entire form. We also need your employer to certify on the bottom part of the form, so please pass that along to them before returning it to us.
NOTE: We use the employment form for statistical purposes and for required government reporting only. The information you provide is kept strictly confidential.
