Home / Athletics / Bobcats Blast Finger Lakes CC September 16, 2013 Bobcats Blast Finger Lakes CC By B&SC News Team They began the 2013 season with a shut out! The Bobcats defeated Finger Lakes Community College (FLCC) with a lop-sided score of 10-0 this past weekend. Not only did they hold them to no points, the Bobcats didn’t allow for a single attempt on goal! While goalie Steve Reiche got some quality alone time in goal, Bradley Nestor scored 3 goals and Carlos Cartagena and Sean Latimer scored 2 goals each to help secure the Bobcats first victory of the season. The Bobcats (1-0) are well on their way to being nationally recognized in the NJCAA rankings that are unveiled every Tuesday by the National Soccer Coaches Association. Will we make the top of the list this week? Only time will tell, but rumor is, they do better with a crowd to cheer them on! So, come out to the Jones Road complex and support the Bobcats in their quest for a National Championship!
