Program Highlights
Students can earn the credits needed to meet the continuing education requirements set by New York state through one of the numerous insurance courses offered by Bryant & Stratton College. The New York state requirement of earning 15 credits to renew an insurance license are easily met through the in-class, self-study and online programs available. Students have the opportunity to mix in-class courses with online or self-study offerings based on their day-to-day schedule. Courses cover subjects like Ponzi schemes, ethics, disability income insurance, regulations and other key industry topics.
There are monitoring fees associated with certain courses through Bryant & Stratton College or other vendors. Those prices vary on a course-to-course basis and the Continuing Education team at your Bryant & Stratton College campus can provide more information on those rates.
Please Note: Due to COVID-19, the New York State Department of Financial Services Licensing Services has waived the requirement to have an approved monitor present when taking an insurance CE course final exam until further notice. A code will be provided to you inside your course materials that will allow you to unlock your exam without a NYS monitor. This applies to online CE courses only.
