In this course, students will build on previous coursework as they learn to evaluate and apply the major theories and techniques of case management. Students will gain proficiency in client assessment, treatment planning, implementing services, and evaluating the outcomes of human services interventions, in order to prepare them for their chosen career. This course will also focus on the ethical, professional, and legal responsibilities of human and social service professionals, including cultural competence.
