This covers wireless networking and technologies for remote computing in addition to a comprehensive overview of cloud computing and virtualization technologies. Students will gain insight into the requirements of design, installation, and configuration of wireless networks as well as practice troubleshooting connectivity issues associated with wireless networks. Additionally, students will learn about various cloud technologies, methods, and principles, as well as organizational structures for possible outsourcing to cloud-based vendors for software, infrastructure, and platforms.
