NETW243 - Network Security and Defense

Semester Credit Hour(s): 3

This course provides an in-depth look at various elements of network and information security, including basic characteristics of cryptology algorithms, and components of public key infrastructure (PKI). Students will learn the basic concepts of forensics, disaster recovery, and incident response procedures. Students who are successful in this course will be prepared for the CompTIA Security+ certification exam.
