How to Order College Transcripts

Bryant & Stratton College (BSC) can provide transcripts for students who attended BSC as well as institutions where BSC has assumed custodial responsibility. All written requests will be processed in the order they are received.

• Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
• There is a $10.00 transcript fee for each official transcript which can be paid by credit or debit card when the request is made.
• Current students can login to SSB Banner and print an unofficial transcript
• Official transcripts cannot be faxed or emailed.
• If you are picking up your transcript, you must present photo identification.

Transcript Requests from other Institutions

To request an official transcript for one of the institutions listed below, click on the Transcript Request form (PDF) then print, complete, and mail the form along with the check or money order payable to Bryant & Stratton College.  Please follow the mailing instructions outlined on the transcript request form.  Requests sent to the incorrect campus will elongate the processing time.

Enrollment Verification from other Institutions

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) protects the privacy of student education records by prohibiting their disclosure without the student’s written consent.

To request an enrollment verification for one of the institutions listed below, email the verification form that includes the required signature to authorize the release of the information to the corresponding Bryant & Stratton College campus using the appropriate link below. Request sent to the incorrect campus will elongate the processing time.

Boston, Massachusetts Bryant & Stratton Commercial School and Bryant and Stratton Business Institute closed in 1975. Records have been turned over to University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
