If you graduated prior to 1999 you will need to complete and submit a transcript request form. You can obtain the Bryant & Stratton College Transcript Request form by clicking here. You will receive an official copy of your Bryant & Stratton College transcripts after your request is processed.
If your campus is closed or has moved since graduation you should contact the registrar at the campus closest to the location you previously attended to determine who you need to contact to obtain your transcripts. Contact information for each of our campuses can be found here.
For students who attended after 1999, you can use Parchment to request transcripts from Bryant & Stratton College. All requests placed through the Parchment system are official, meaning you will be able to provide an employer or your new school with an official copy of your Bryant & Stratton College transcripts once they are sent to you. Transcript requests cost $5.00 and the Parchment system accepts a number of credit card options for payment including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Students who have a hold on their account will be charged but will not receive their transcripts from Parchment until the hold on their account is lifted. If you are unsure if you have a hold on your account please contact our business office to ensure you can receive your transcripts immediately upon requesting them.
Bryant & Stratton College has assumed custodial responsibility for CCBI, USC student records. Students may obtain their transcripts for transfer or for employment verification requests through Bryant & Stratton College’s registrar.
To request verification transcript, former CCBI, USC students should fill out the Transcript Request Form and mail it to the address specified on the form.
