Clinical Foundations II
As an allied health professional, you will need to be able to read, write, and understand how the body functions. This course is an extension of Clinical Foundations I and is designed to help you learn about human anatomy & physiology and pharmacology.
By the end of this course, students will be able to complete the following course outcomes:
Articulate the connections between the general concepts of anatomy and physiology and the coding professional’s need for these concepts
Illustrate how the body is organized, using specific healthcare terminology
Explain the specific structures and functions of all body systems
Compare and contrast methods to address disease processes within different body systems
