GUIDANCE FOR STUDENTS
May Semester
Building-based courses continue to be provided through our Remote Classroom experience at their normal class days and times. Please see below for the most up to date information for the May Semester:
- Online Education services have not been affected to date and we do not anticipate any disruption to services.
- New York – all classes will start remotely. Once restrictions are lifted, labs and clinicals will be done on campus, as appropriate. On site clinicals to be conducted as they become available during May semester.
- Virginia – all classes will start remotely, including clinicals. Once restrictions are lifted, labs and clinicals will be done on campus, as appropriate. No on site clinicals are expected during the May semester due to SCHEV orders; however on-site clinicals may be conducted once SCHEV orders are lifted.
- Wisconsin – all classes will start remotely except for clinicals and labs. Some students may start with on-site clinicals. Please contact your campus for more information.
- Ohio – all classes will start remotely, including clinicals. Once restrictions are lifted, labs and clinicals will be done on campus. On site clinicals to be conducted as they become available during May semester.
Online July Term
- Online Education services have not been affected to date and we do not anticipate any disruption to services.
September Semester
Please see below for the most up to date information for the Fall Semester:
- Online Education services have not been affected to date and we do not anticipate any disruption to services.
- Both Online Education and Campus based classes will begin on Wednesday, September 9th. Please note some campus classes may not begin until as late as September 16th. For details on your specific classes, please contact your campus registrar.
- Building-based courses will be provided through our Blended Learning experience for a combination of online and in – person classes with the exception of OTA, PTA and Nursing programs.
- We are updating plans for our New York, Ohio and Wisconsin campuses. More information will be provided as soon as possible. Please contact your local campus for the latest.
- Virginia – This plan (PDF) has been reviewed by the State Council of Higher Education and has been found to be compliant in containing the required components of the 'Higher Education Reopening Guidance', which was developed in consultation with the Virginia Department of Health.
- Students should continue to work with their local home campuses for the latest information on clinical and athletic programs.

For convenience, a helpdesk system has been implemented so students can put in a ticket where technical assistance is needed. Please visit https://help.edusupportcenter.com/shplite/bryantstrattoncollege/home, please provide your BID and email address when creating a ticket.
Campus Access
All Bryant & Stratton campus associates are available for virtual registration support services including tutoring, advising and tech support for continuing and new students. Many campuses remain open for physical visits. However- conditions vary by state. Please see below for more details and contact your local campus for campus specific information..
Availability of CARES Act Higher Education Emergency Relief Funds
Through the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act, the U.S. Department of Education announced the Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund (HEERF) to support the changes and challenges students are experiencing as a result of COVID-19.
