HURS400 - Global Human Resources

Semester Credit Hour(s): 3

This course goal is to provide a study of global human resource management. Learners are prepared with intercultural knowledge by examining the practices, policies, laws, and functions related to global human resources. There is a focus on current trends in the international workforce, including global staffing, training, direct and indirect compensation, and performance evaluation.
