MDAA209 - Career Success in the Medical Office

Healthcare is a service industry with patients assessing the value of their experience beyond the medical care, to also include the service and support associated with the care.  In this course, students will learn medical professionalism, medical ethics and verbal and non-verbal communication.  The class will also focus on patient education, satisfaction, and interaction in the medical field.
