PLEG255 - Business Organizations Law

Semester Credit Hour(s): 3

This course is designed to provide students with an overview of business organizations, with an emphasis on sole proprietorships, corporations, partnerships, professional corporations, and limited liability entities.  Students will examine how these business entities are legally formed, operated, and dissolved, and will gain an understanding of the responsibilities of the paralegal in this area of law.
