Explore the secrets of effective graphic design with an Associate of Applied Science in Graphic Design (AAS) from Bryant & Stratton College. The 60-credit graphic design program focuses on the creative and conceptual processes needed to communicate messages via various forms of media. Graduates of the graphic design associate degree program will be prepared to pursue career opportunities with advertising and marketing firms, public relations agencies, media and graphic production businesses, and publishing houses, along with other positions available for graphic designers.
Courses in the Graphic Design associate degree program are taught by professional designers and feature real-world projects to ensure that students are receiving a truly career-ready education. The program will cover concepts of visual design, color theory, and graphic arts. Students develop a diverse professional portfolio throughout the program made up of projects and assignments that include websites, identity and logo packages, annual reports, packaging design, and additional marketing or advertising collateral.
