HURS205 - Organizational Behavior and Leadership

Semester Credit Hour(s): 3

This course examines the impact the behavior of individuals and groups have on an entire organizational system. Students will analyze the differences between management and leadership and examine how different leadership styles impact an organization. Various leadership theories, characteristics, competencies, and their impact on professional relationships will be examined. Students will analyze the behavioral science theories that describe current organizational culture.
