HURS350 - Training and Development

Semester Credit Hour(s): 3

This course provides students with a solid foundation in training and development as well as the essentials of career management from the employee and employer's perspective. Students will examine the role of training from a strategic perspective, including planning and assessment, design and delivery, evaluation, and transfer of learning. The concepts, methods, and issues discussed in this course are applicable across industries.
